Keep it Fresh

The National Sleep Foundation reported in a poll that 7 out of 10 respondents reported sleeping more soundly when their sheets smelled fresh. In addition to laundering weekly, some experts recommend lightly spraying bedding with a homemade spray combining 25 drops of lavender essential oil to 2 oz. of water in a spray bottle. The survey also found that people who made their beds daily were 19% more likely to enjoy a good night’s sleep.
